The DPH HELIFLO direct fired heater ranges in duty from 0.25 to 100 MMBTU/Hr. and can heat a variety of process media including gas, liquids, and multi-phase fluids. It is available in a horizontal, vertical, and down-fired configuration.
The DPH KINEFLO heater is a convective heater designed with a controlled separate heat transfer section bringing a unique solution to sensitive heating applications. The KINEFLO heater design eliminates the conventional radiant heat transfer section. As a result, the process fluid is primarily heated by safe forced convection. This is achieved with separate partitioned combustion and heat exchange sections, designed for optimum heat transfer control. Radiant heat transfer is virtually eliminated by quenching the combustion products to a maximum of 1600 deg. F. prior to entering the heat exchange section. KENIFLO heaters range from 0.5 to 100 MMBtu/HR.
The DPH EQUIFLO heater provides a safe controlled convective heat transfer environment for special process fluid applications. Heat is transferred unevenly in conventional direct-fired radiant heaters, creating hot spots. This leads to undesirable process fluid thermodegradation and/or scaling. The unique DPH EQUIFLO convective heater employs a special high energy burner with two significant features. First, direct radiant heat exposure to the process coil is eliminated by the specially designed combustion chamber. Second, the distinctive burner high energy environment induces flue gas re circulation throughout the heat exchange zone. The resultant effect is a maximum 1600 deg F. temperature exposure to the process coil. EQUIFLO heaters range from 0.5 to 100 MMBTU/Hr.
The DPH CONVECTO heater is a convective heater designed with a controlled separate heat transfer section bringing a unique solution to sensitive heating applications. The DPH CONVECTO heater design eliminates the conventional radiant heat transfer section. As a result, the process fluid is primarily heated by safe forced convection. This is achieved with two separate isolated components for the combustion and heat exchange sections, designed for optimum heat transfer control. Radiant heat transfer is virtually eliminated by quenching the combustion products to a maximum 1600 deg. F. prior to entering the heat exchange section. CONVECTO heaters range from 0.5 to 100 MMBtu/Hr.

The DPH Indirect Heater utilizes a proven concept since the 1930's. An intermediate bath media (e.g. water, eutectic salt, hot oil) is employed to immerse and separate the process coil from the firebox. The heat is transferred from the firebox to the bath media which in turn transfers it to the process coil. The process coil is totally isolated from any direct flame and/or combustion product contact associated with conventional direct fired heaters. Indirect Heaters range from 0.1 to 25 MMBtu/Hr.
