DPH Electric Heater line is available to provide a process heater that utilizes electric elements in lieu of a flame. Electric heaters are a simple solution towards achieving emission requirements and developing a reduced carbon footprint. Using Low 480V voltage electricity, we can provide a heater for multiple application, that require a very defined setpoint. DPH Provides both Circulation Heaters and Immersion heaters with standard and customized packages that will fit your needs.

EMISSIONS

Electric heaters are the standard over gas fired for reducing a carbon footprint and creating a sustainable and stable process while doing so. Without the presence of combustion, you eliminate both NOx and CO2 Emissions completely. By utilizing this clean energy, your plant may be able to receive credits for the reduced emissions and we can help guide you through that process.

CONTROLS

Control Panels will be provided with each system multi-functionality options available (on/off, Step, or SCR controls).  DPH can provide any code your plant requires (NEMA, IEC,ATEX, CSA, UL, NFPA) and we have the experience to help guide your products into an easily controlled, highly efficient and clean process!
